Shipping & ReturnsPayment Options All transactions are processed through Paypal for improved security. You can use pay using Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express through Paypal even if you do not have a Paypal account. You DO NOT have to create a Paypal account to make payment. When you are taken to the Paypal screen you can simply click on the continue link on the left side where it says "Don't have a Paypal Account?". Shipping Method Currently all items are shipped using USPS, you have the option of selecting USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Day) or USPS Express Mail (Overnight). In addition, some items may ship directly from the manufacturer to customers. Shipping Time Most orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Return Policy Permission for any returns must be confirmed by our returns department. You must email the return request to store@gloverepair.com with the 'RETURN' in the subject field, please be sure to include your order number. We will email you a return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions. Returned items must include the RA# written clearly on the package and products must have an RA# before being returned. Once a return is authorized you should: 1. Write the authorization number clearly on the return box/package. 2. Return the item to the address given to you in the authorization email. 3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of a lost item during shipment. Returns shipped via USPS or with a value over $100 should be insured. We are not liable for items that do not reach our returns department. We will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all shipping charges on shipments that are returned with no fault on our part. |
